: Small bedroom decor help please?
I have a small bedroom, which I’m currently redoing. My walls are a medium turquoise and a cream-ish color with a brown nature wall decal. I want to have a mature but fun bedroom but it’s kind of small. I just got into my teens. I really need a desk because next year I’m being virtual schooled, but it needs to work with my space, and I checked ikea. I’m not too into modern style, if that’ll help and I also need help on furniture, but I’m not getting a new bed or dresser, just little things like a coffee table, floor lamps, or ottomans stuff like that.
If you find any furniture with great storage space and works in small rooms that would be great. But nothing too expensive, I’m working on a low budget. Any suggestions for stores or links would be good or DIYs too.

Here are some suggestions that come to mind instantly.
For the wall, the latest decor is monograms on the wall. But they can be expensive. Instead you could get paint samples and paint it on yourself. Get color combination and font ideas online.
For inexpensive furniture your best bet is craigslist. You can repaint them in your unique style – like, if you decide to have a polka dot theme in your room, paint your furniture white and circles of different sizes and colors on them.
Beanbags are another fun feature to have in your room.
Another place you can get low prices on furniture is Target.
